What else you should know

We charge a one-off fee of EUR 20.00 for dogs by arrangement
If you arrive after 7 p.m., we ask you to let us know.
On the day of arrival, you can occupy the rooms from 2 p.m.
On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m.
Cancellations – sounds annoying and is annoying for everyone. It's a pity if rooms remain vacant, even if others would have liked to come and stayed at the hotel. On the other hand, the unforeseen can happen to anyone. Our request: inform us in good time. We try to be tolerant. In case of cancellation at short notice, we charge the room for 3 days – the same applies in case of early departure.

Local tax

The local tax is charged per guest and overnight stay by the accommodation providers. This municipal tax amounts to € 2,80. The local tax includes free use of public bus connections in Val Passiria. Children and adolescents under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The local tax is due on departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
